‘Flavor Quest’ –
Along my food journey, I have always been interested in
creating layers of flavors from various regions across the globe. I get bored
and tired of the same old thing. Creating new dishes is what excites me and
keeps me going as a person. I love cooking for people and seeing their smile at

of spare time. Part of my mission is to encourage others to explore their
